| I recently moved from Greenbriar and am getting a little home sick. Kim Andrews and here team are top notch and I already miss her and the rest of the crew. I tried rating Greenbriar online on Apartmentratings.com but oddly enough my review won't submit. I couldn't just stop there and give up though because Kim and her team deserve to be recognized for their excellent care and customer service that made being a resident there a joy for the last two years! | |

| My husband and I have lived here at Greenbriar for over 6 years now. And we have enjoyed living here very much. Kim and Denise are fantastic and so is the rest of the staff. Except we miss Robert he was always on top of everything. Kim works very hard and this company should recognize all that she does for us tenants. At times I feel sorry for her working so late at night sometimes I see her through the window at 9pm still working. The only thing that bothers us is some of your rules (pets and children). I have referred people here, but I tell them how strict company rules when it comes to pets and children. This should be a complex for 55 and over and no pets and children allowed even though I have a cat which sometimes gets out but I get him ASAP. I don't want my kitty trapped but its hard to keep him in. Kim does an excellent job on the social events she does for us, always willing to go the extra step. She is the BEST! And Denise is very nice also. I just want this company to know how lucky they are to have her. | |

| To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to commend your staff and management at Greenbriar Villa Apartments. We are proud to call this place home even though we have only lived here since June. The grounds are clean, thanks to the diligence of Vicki and Mary, who are tiding it up every morning, always quick to offer a “Good Morning”. We are also pleased with the prompt and courteous maintenance staff you employ; when we’ve encountered an issue that needed their services, they’ve responded rather quickly. Rather than waiting hours and/or days for a resolution (which is what we experienced at our prior residence), we saw results within hours. We’d also like to mention that Kent has gone out of his way to assist us- he even installed a special light switch in our kitchen for us. Lastly, we’d like to add that our positive experience wouldn’t be complete without Kim and the office staff. They are professional, courteous, and caring. Recently, Kim hosted a resident dinner and movie night which we enjoyed immensely. The staff were all hands on deck to ensure our enjoyment at the function. We can’t wait to attend the next one. Thank you for allowing us to live in such a wonderful place among a wonderful staff. | |

| To the staff, Things have have been good since the short time we have been here. The staff is working a lot that i see, gardening or cleaning up after someone. Friendly to talk to, they all have said hi or hello. The ladies in the office are also the same, if I want to call to make a joke before I talk. Neighbors get along good with. The party for the renters was great to get to know a few of the tenants. Thank for a great living. | |
